Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (business days only). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after processing
Delivery times may be longer due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier delays)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping information available upon request.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to track your package.

Lost Packages: Contact help@teddysips.shop if your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delivery Delays: We are not liable for carrier delays
